I was the first born in a family of four. My father separated from my mother while I was very young. I had a great challenge to complete my primary education due to poverty. My mother was unable to pay our school fees. I thank God for I completed my Kenya certificate of primary education (K.C.P.E) in the year 2017 where I attained a C -(Minus). Due to extreme poverty I was unable to join high school. My grandmother whom I honor very much approached Rev. Titus N. Wambua who had just started a high school down in our village. As a godly servant, he accepted and admitted me to his school. He took me as his child and offered me school uniform, shoes, and books. I studied in Uamani Sky View Secondary school for four years (2018 – 2022). It was in the year 2022 where I sat for my Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E) where I achieved a good grade which made me join Goshen Medical College where I am studying Diploma in Perioperative theatre technology. Rev. Titus has even today been supporting me in my education. It is my prayer that the good God whom he serves will remember him in all his future endeavors. God bless Rev. It gives me great joy to write about one of my long standing friends and mentor. In my prime years as a youth, Pastor Titus Ngila Wambua kept on inspiring us as our shepherd on the great potential we had and how education would change our lives. This didn’t look like a reality at all but he for sure spoke life and kept the dream alive in us until fruition. Through him and by God’s grace, I have excelled in my career as a destination marketer having had travelled and promoted Kenya in several parts of the globe. This is a dream come true from a young man who was raised in a remote area. When he shared his dream to support young people and education sector, I had great confidence that it will come to pass. I would therefore fully recommend any support offered to him and more specifically to aid him run Uamani Sky View Secondary School that tremendously impacts lives of young people and the society at large.
